I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at this Cricket location, and I feel that it’s important to warn others before they go through the same nightmare. This store operates under hidden policies that they do not disclose upfront, and their number one tactic seems to be avoiding refunds at all costs—even when Cricket itself clearly states that refunds are allowed.
When I went in expecting fair treatment, I was instead met with rudeness, disrespect, and blatant dishonesty. The employees at this store are unprofessional to the point of being insulting—they will literally laugh in your face when you question their so-called “policies.” It is absolutely humiliating as a customer to be treated this way. And when I asked to speak with a manager, thinking that surely someone in charge would take responsibility, I was shocked to find that the manager was no better. In fact, he doubled down on the dismissive behavior, laughed at me, and insisted on enforcing these made-up rules that are completely out of line with Cricket’s actual policies.
Let me be very clear: this store does not issue refunds, even though Cricket policy allows them. They hide behind their own rules, lie straight to their customers, and try to push you away rather than provide honest, professional service. This is not only unethical—it feels like a scam.
The only saving grace in this nightmare was when I called Cricket corporate directly. To their credit, corporate was professional, helpful, and quick to resolve my issue. They confirmed that the store was in the wrong and made sure that I was taken care of. If it weren’t for corporate, I would have been stuck with no refund and no justice.
I cannot emphasize this enough: please beware before making a purchase at this location. You will not be treated with respect, you will not be told the truth, and if you run into a problem, you will be stonewalled and laughed at. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and go directly through Cricket corporate if you need help—because this store and its employees are clearly not interested in treating customers fairly.
Frankly, this location should be shut down and investigated for its unethical practices. It is giving the entire Cricket brand a bad name, and no customer deserves to be treated the way I was.

Everytime i call this place there so rude and never want to help and sometime they just hangup on me, its the same when i go to the store in person, i dont know who is hiring these people who dont want to work and always have attitudes but i really hope they make a change, acouple years ago i loved the customer service now i think ill find service with a company that apreciates my buisness if i could rate 0 stars i would

Are you interested in a great scam? If so, this is a great place to start. They offer Bridgepay, where you split your payments into 2 payments. You’re already going to pay $15 extra over your bill because they charge a fee for enrolling, but then, on your 7th day, when you attempt to pay them, their systems will mysteriously stop working, forcing you to pay the bill in its entirety all over again! I attempted to pay my bill multiple times, and was told there was a system error. Luckily I used a card that tells you what is happening, because every time I attempted to make the payment I was immediately sent the money back. The automated system literally explained there was technical issues. Okay. I’ll call in the morning. Except then.. I was told the zip code was wrong. Which can’t be true since my card wouldn’t tell me of you taking the money then reversing it. Which was done multiple times. Both myself and MOHAMMED went in circles as he explained it wasn’t a system issue, but explained he was having a system issue withissue finding a resolution. Interesting. Told me I could pay the bill using the same card, but how of that same card with the same information was yesterday was wrong? Interesting. So my card couldn’t be accepted at the end of my payment, but would be accepted once you charged my card for the full amount, making me pay a month and half for just 30 days of service?? Interesting. When my point was too valid he disconnected the call and stated someone would call within 10 minutes with a resolution. Only no one ever called. They are scamming and this entire situation proved it. Shaaaaady business practices cricket. And at the very least, extreme integral issues. I’ll keep escalating this until a class action lawsuit takes place
