    I was going to get a new Apple Watch and after waiting 45 minutes for a agent and starting the process the agent was fine but then she informed me she charges $59.00 to set up my new watch. I left and did not get a new watch. I feel the customer service is lacking there and I believe corporate should check into this I have purchased many phones am another watch never paid 59.00 for the agent to set up my new watch. Crazy I will cancel the entire plan for poor service like this
