  I just got a full protection set for my phone from ZAGG, including the screen protector, back camera protectors, and a protective case. I’ve had great experiences with this brand before, and this time was no exception. The quality of the products is amazing, but what truly makes a difference is the excellent customer service. They took the time to explain every detail about the warranty for all my items, which gives me so much peace of mind. Every time I visit, I receive outstanding attention. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend ZAGG if you want the best protection and service for your device!

  This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They refused to honor my warranty claim unless I still had the cracked and chipped screen protector on my phone. This is especially frustrating because ZAGG itself does not require you to return the damaged protector when filing a claim online. That requirement is only mentioned on a business card at their mall kiosk—not on the official ZAGG website. It felt like a complete waste of time. I paid $60 for a screen protector (having proof via my Zagg account that shows proof of purchase and screen protector information) that’s supposed to come with a “lifetime warranty,” yet the employees treated me like I was trying to scam them for a replacement. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade or anything different—just a replacement for the exact same product. If your screen protector is too damaged and you need to remove it before getting to the store, don’t even bother going here. I was there and thought it’d be easier to have it replaced than having to process the claim online and having to wait for it to be shipped. Save yourself the headache and gas just pay the $9.99 shipping fee to process your replacement online instead.

  I visited the kiosk at the UTC Mall in Sarasota FL. It’s a pretty popular place. The two guys working were very friendly and very helpful. They took care of my screen and provided me with a number to call costumer service about the wrong screen that was sent to me. A+

  I went to an Apple Store to replace my ZAGG iPhone cover. The greeter told me they don’t carry ZAGG covers but there is a place a little ways away in the Mall that does. I found the kiosk; asked my questions; got answers and bought a new cover after the $15 credit for turning in my old ZAGG coned. Easy peasy!!!
