Amazing customer service. Spent a lot of time reviewing my plan, catching old mistakes, and even called customer service on my behalf to get a retroactive credit for the error previously made. I got a great deal on new devices and help in setting them all up. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Patrick because he was incredibly patient and helpful. I went from being an unhappy customer with Verizon to a satisfied customer again.
