Cables that don’t work, otter box falling apart in less than two months. Then while in Verizon for the 6th time, while talking with customer service, another Verizon employee comes up , interrupts our conversation and after a while I just walked away without any response.

I had to get a new phone and was told that I was getting an 800$ credit and my phone would be free. I set up a couple of other discounts to help the billing, Including auto withdrawal. They didn't withdrawal and charges late fees even tho everything was correct on my end and theirs. They did nothing to compensate with issues let alone apologize. Then I switched providers and found out I was being charged for the phone I was to have gotten credit for. Don't go They just don't care about their customers at all.
