While other professionals just see me as a quick commission Stephen successfully: 1) listened to what I needed 2) was patient and professional 3) was easy to connect with and was not “typical salesperson” 4) explained everything in detail and took the time to search for the best promotion possible. 5) recognized that 18 years of loyalty means something & helped me to get an affordable phone at an unbeatable price.
