When home, I could not get the phone volume to be loud enough to be heard easily. There were too many difficulties in learning a way to use this efficiently. And I realized what a great expense it was. It was too difficult an adjustment for me to use this phone. When I returned the phone for a full refund, Louis was a total professional. He understood what had happened with the original sales person, was sympathetic and got me the refund. He also saved me a lot of money on a monthly plan for my Samsung cell, which I have gone back to... Thank you, Louis!
