    I went into the Verizon store at UTC this afternoon and Sales Associate Greg assisted me during my experience. I came in the store because I lost my phone and needed a new phone. Greg was picking up what my payment was and what the new payment was going to be. Based on the Verizon tablet being shown to me it showed a different number for my payment balance then what I being charged for my previous months. I asked why there was a discrepancy and he went to his Manager Ty to inquire. Ty came up to where I was sitting and his demeanor was very unpleasant and he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t answer why the tablet was showing that number but could just say this is what I’ve been paying and what I will now endure. I asked him to print me that image because clearly it was showing a different number and he said he couldn’t do that. I asked him for a pen so I could write down the number being shown on the tablet and got very rude and became argumentative. His encounter with me with very inappropriate and it definitely had Greg in shocked as well. I bought a new device and accessories but heavens forbid I ask for a pen! I will absolutely be reaching out to the Store Manager Courtney tomorrow to let her know how disappointed I was with my experience with Ty. Greg was great but will never want another interaction with Ty!

    If it was possible I would give -5 starts but google does not allow that. I was in there yesterday and I have never seen such a terrible customer service. After being on the phone for 4 hours and 30 minutes to resolve the issues that Verizon created for disconnecting my lines even though they are fully paid and my phones are paid off too. I went in store to ask them how we can resolve the issues I had and get answers to this ridiculous thing they did, the customer service was unable to help me after speaking to 12 representatives nor the store which the manager there BEVERLY (a lady with blue eyes) her attitude is something to be studied about.After me asking what steps need to be taken to resolve the issue she said she can not do nothing and asks me to leave and the whole team refused to help me because she said so. I asked one of the other employees why is this because this borderline racist to not provide service without a reason and he said YES that is racist and she was being racist. Verizon first off you need to take measures for that lady immediately I don't want nobody else to experience the same thing I did. I am waiting for an Area Manager to reach out to me. I have never been treated so bad in my life. -5 stars

    I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Verizon store I recently visited. The staff’s behavior was utterly unprofessional and unwelcoming. They seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers, spending most of their time hiding behind each other or engaging in personal conversations. As a result, customers, including myself, were left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. When it was finally my turn, the attention I received was minimal at best—the staff barely listened to my needs and showed a shocking lack of care or engagement. As a loyal Verizon customer of over 15 years, I am deeply disappointed by this behavior, which I find entirely unacceptable. I’ve rarely encountered such blatant disregard in any store, and frankly, it’s beyond disappointing. Verizon needs to address this level of unprofessionalism immediately.

    I wish Google would allow us to give 0 stars on reviews because this location doesn’t deserve even one star. The only purpose for this location is sales and even then it can take awhile to get someone to help as this location isn’t well staffed to begin with. If you have any issues with your devices they will either blame Apple or have you call the Verizon customer support line which defeats the whole purpose of coming to the store in the first place. The staff are either rude/unprofessional and/or they don’t know anything. I have been to other locations in the area with much better experiences so if they say they can’t do anything because it’s now Verizon sets things up don’t believe it.
