    Broke a phone and walked in on vacation. It is a business account. The guy that helped me. He had an attitude when I first walked in because he was sitting there with no customer so I walked up to him. He rudely told me to sign in which I did. Then it went down hill from there.

    I must have accidentally clicked onto an anti-virus spam-blocking link and was immediately flooded with endless pop up ads every five seconds or so which I couldn't get rid of and didn't know where they came from. Luckily for me, when I walked into the Sarasota Verizon corporate store location I met with Spencer who went through my phone and we systematically removed every possible app I didn't absolutely need and in doing so we eliminated the nonstop pop ads trying to sell me anti-virus, malware, and spam-blocking services which were in fact the source of the pop-up ad barrage. Spencer was patient and helpful and took the time to methodically solve the problem and did it for free. The least I can do for his invaluable assistance is post a 5-star review letting others know how helpful and knowledgeable Spencer was, and give him the highest possible recommendation. Thanks again Spencer!

    I had An absolutely amazing experience with my service representative. He Helped me figure out the best deal possible and made sure everything was working correctly before I left the store. My transfer to my new device was seamless and I would highly recommend the store.
