I like the phone, but it is heavy – about 9 ounces. It doesn’t sound like much but when you weigh it compared to the other phones, I have it is a heavy one. I was concerned about dropping it so I tried to attach a lanyard to it that I have had for my prior phone. However, I tried for a week to try to get the case off and I just couldn’t do it. I finally decided to go into Verizon to see if they could help me. A nice young lady took my phone and within 30 seconds had the case off. I was astounded. Service was excellent.

Kept having to Leave and go ask her manager questions in the back of the store. He wouldn’t come out and answer any questions. In the end after waiting for 20 minutes Then having her go back-and-forth for the next five or 10, they tell me we don’t know how to help you. You’re gonna have to go down the street to the corporate office and get back in line. Verizon has great service from a product standpoint, but their actual customer service is the worst in the business.
