- NNNikkiJan 5, 20261.0Asked if there was an early term fee. Told me no. Went to upgrade another device on the plan woth the same deal and there IS an early term fee of $650. Also explicitly explained that we had a physical Sim and not to change ANYTHING on the account. They decided to activate an embedded SIM and decided to argue with me about the SIM. We wanted to use our physical existing SIM (WHICH YOU CAN DO ONLINE FROM MY ACCCOUNT) but instead WITHOUT permission activated the embedded Esim. Liars. I've been with Verizon a VERY long time and am the account manager. I know how the devices and plans work and they flat out lied to me and made changes without permission.
