- DTDanny TorresNov 6, 20251.0I went in purchase a phone plan and found out they gave me the wrong plan. Try to get everything resolved in the quickest manner and they don't even speak English so I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke English and the lady that was there said something in Spanish, in an aggressive manner. I left the store contacted customer service and they resolved the matter for me over the phone. I will never come to this cricket wireless location ever again I paid 50$ and got a 30$ phone plan nice try but you're not going to get me for my money
