Trace from the car audio department was very helpful with troubleshooting my subwoofer. I needed a last minute fix. I had quite a few problems and he had tons of solutions! He checked everything throughly and carefully. I’m grateful for this unexpected interaction. I was getting ready to leave, and I realized he helped me years prior with another vehicle I had. Glad to see he’s still here, would recommend 100%

NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Employees will ignore you until you leave with nothing before being helped. Dylan to be specific. I overheard Dylan was speaking negatively about me and my husband after already waiting to be helped 45 minutes prior. Manager needs to address this issue
