First he ignored the line at his register, proclaimed he didn't know what was going on because he 'just works here'. Problem was we watched him ignore us so he could flirt with both his manager and another associate. Then, when answering 'no' to the Best Buy credit card, decided to get huffy and tossed the security device over the credit card reader and in my direction. Oh, and he didn't ask if I wanted a physical or emailed receipt. When asked he just shrugged and said it was emailed. The internet exists Best Buy, if you can't even have half way pleasant employees what are we doing?
- SSSFeb 6, 20261.0I walked in to pick up a tv and needed to grab 3 computers that the app said we're in stock. When I went to the computer department the girl ignored us then when we got her attention to let her know we needed help she rudely said she said "I'm busy." Then when she did come to help we were told the product was not in stock after I had shown on the app they were. Went to another team member to ask id they could be grabed from the cage so I could purchase them, was informed that only that department could get them. I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes to see if i could get the product with not a single person in the department acknowledging I existed and proceeded to leave to not waste anymore of my time with the rude associates in the store. I plan to get the exact same product from Amazon now so I will not have a wate my time in the future!

Unfortunately ididn know they delivered different TV Very expensive TV very Unsatisfactory. Best Buy liar. People very careful. Always read everything hope nothing happens to others
