  Went in because the back of my phone was damaged (have apple care)- was told that my phone plan would entitle me to a phone up grade but I had to have phone repaired first. Waited 2 hours to have phone repaired to be told I was not eligible for an upgrade with TMobile- went to the t mobile store and I was eligible and also the phone did not have to be repaired to be traded in- so I spent the repair money for nothing! Very poor knowledge.

  Stood in the store 20 minutes waiting for help and ready to buy a desk top computer. Sales guys walked by never asked if O needed help. When I finally asked for help, he told me he was on phones. Rather than calling someone to help me he told me to go stand by them and wait. Told him I already did that for 20 minutes. So I said how about I walk out and spend my money somewhere else. Exactly what I did. I will never go in that store again.

  I waited in line for over 35 minutes patiently to try to see how much I could get for two trade-ins towards a new iPad Air. A lady behind me raised hell and they brought two staff members over to take care of both of us immediately. For an iPad that I was trying to trade in the most they could do was $40. The trade-in iPad was less than eight years old. The iPad Air I was looking at was not in stock and they weren’t able to give me any discounts since I’ll be using it for school. The weight was too long and sadly Amazon had better offers. Staff were friendly, however there wasn’t enough of them.

  What a great experience! I was buying a new I-phone 17 Pro. My sales tec was incredible. It was such a easy process and with no issues. Very professional staff. I made sure to speak to the store manager to let her know how great my experience was.This is by far the best Apple store I have ever been to. Great job. Robert D Nokomis Florida.

  I have been to this Apple Store for Genius Bar appointments twice and both times I’ve been early or on time and checked in followed by waiting 45 minutes the first time and an hour today. I don’t know if Apple has changed their roles in retail but nobody greeted me or pointed me in the right direction, this place must be understaffed or have terrible organization. I love Apple and its products and have been to multiple Apple stores but this specific Apple Store has really bad service when it comes to these appointments. I’ve worked at Apple and understand what goes behind the scenes of tech support and they did have an outage today which could be a part of the problem with my visit today, however I do not look forward to going to this store based on these experiences. It used to be that you were greeted, checked in, and assisted or then pointed to someone to help you out. For this to happen twice, I can’t say it’s just by chance hence the 2 stars.
