  Pésimo servicio 7 años siendo clienta de Iphon acabo de salir de tienda en UTC comprando cash 2 pro Max 17 y hacer trade in mi 16pro Max me puse hacer el respaldo del teléfono y de ahí solo atendían a blancos mi hija preguntó ya molesta si alguien nos ayudaría y respondió que sólo podía ayudarnos con la venta de los teléfonos regulares no con el trade in por lo que como vendedora nos pareció una respuesta absurda y de mala aptitud ya que ni siquiera nos derivó a otra persona que si tuviera la capacidad de atención en nuestro caso perdieron la compra de dispositivos más 3 mil dollares de un solo cliente sumen a cuantos clientes insatisfechos llevan ya porque las reseñas aquí tampoco son buenas .

  This store has a super bad customer service, I tried to buy 3 iPhone 17 pro Max and my mom wanted to make a trade-in, I waited almost 30 minutes to tell me that she could not help me with the phone change only sell me 2 regular, it was going to be paid they were not free, 3 people to tell me that they can not help me with the change and that I would have to wait because it has a waiting table with previous appointments, in short terrible service

  I took my iPhone 13 mini into this Apple Store to get a new battery while traveling in the area. There wasn’t a clearly defined place in the store to check in, so I ended up waiting at a table for five minutes for a representative to get me checked in for my appointment. The female representative was friendly and professional in helping me narrow down any issues causing my iPhone’s battery to drain fast. An hour later, the UTC mall Apple Store installed a new battery for my iPhone. Checking in to get my iPhone back took twenty minutes cause the store was busy and there was no clearly defined place to check in for an appointment. Price for a new iPhone battery was very reasonable at $95. Overall, service was very good and professional, my iPhone is as good as new, but the lengthy wait to get checked in both for my appointment and to pick up my phone prevented me from rating the UTC mall Apple Store five stars.

  We walked into the Apple Store looking for a laptop about 45 minutes ago and informed the person greeting customers we were interested in upgrading our laptop, long story short we waited for 30 minutes by the laptops and no one ever came by to assist. Horrible customer service.

  Walked in with our laptop and the Apple employee kept trying to push a corporate account. We were seeking assistance to get our Mac fixed and they told us that if it was liquid damage they will usually just throw it away. The employee was not helpful in even trying to understand what we were experiencing. It wasn't until another employee came to help and give us some solutions. Unfortunately, they quoted us a repair of $1500 and that didn't include assistance with recovering data. This was our first experience in an Apple store and I'll be honest, we won't be back anytime soon. For the first response in seeking assistance to hear that they would just throw away the laptop, wasn't supportive or encouraging. Super disappointed, especially with how much we paid for the laptop just a year ago. We thought they'd have better customer service than what we experienced.
