  Best Buy @ UTC in Sarasota The Geek Squad at the Best Buy UTC location in Sarasota always provides excellent service. Last Thursday my only laptop suddenly stopped working, and I panicked since I rely on it for work and everything else. Cesar Tapio was the technician who helped me, and he was wonderful. He patiently explained everything in plain language that this baby boomer could understand, which immediately put me at ease. By Saturday morning I received a text that my laptop was ready. When we picked it up, Cesar again took the time to explain what had been done and made sure everything was working before we left. I logged in this morning with no issues. Thank you to Cesar and the Geek Squad for such great service!

  Jackson took a good bit of time to walk me through all of the specs of a TV. His assistance made this order very easy to decide upon. He wasn’t even in the tv department. Jackson saw me, warmly greeted myself and my fiancé, and guided us through any questions we had. Every experience I have had, which has been many, has been a pleasure.
