  Sorry I am not buying from Best Buy again. Your order stuff and then they cancel or don't have it so they waste your time. Its happened to me a couple of times. It just happened again, I just ordered an LG Washer and Dryer and it was sneaky, it wanted me to go ahead and pay for it first then send me an email on delivery. I did it and then get to the email and it says they will get back to me when they have it in. So they collect the money but then no idea when your going to get it! Scam! So I cancelled and they kept around $80 for some reason. Best Buy is a billion dollar business and they have to do business this way! Get your act together or your gone! Gone with me so far! Just sick of it! I own a bunch of rentals so your not getting any more of this business. I would wish you good luck but at this point I don't care if you make it or not! Get some new senior management and have stuff always available or don't sell it! I am going to file a complaint with the state of Florida as I want my $80 back.

  Went in to look for an IPad. Jake helped us and was very knowledgeable, helpful and great customer service. It's hard to find good customer service lately so it was nice to have someone who wanted to help. Thank you for your help.

  Went in for a hdmi cord. Jake was super helpful and friendly. He greeted me, showed me exactly where the product I was looking for was, and even rung me up to make the experience more efficient. Grateful for such great service.

  I don’t wait for Pokemon often but I decided to get in line early. I’ve never experienced this before but when I got to the register I was told they were out of one of the two items they had. Meanwhile the two people who were in line behind me got the second item that was “ran out”. There is no practice to ensure who was first gets items before people behind them. I get that the employees don’t care but that is bad practice for business. Super disappointed.

  STORE MANAGER ATTENTION!!!!! This is crazy how guys at the door start bugging you with their questions and help but when I really went to appliance department and asked a person to show me a combo oven that clearly on the website it shows in stock he first told me a solid NO they don’t have it even checked it on his PC When I opened my cellphone and showed him that he’s wrong they still have it in. Stock and gave him SKU number he was able to find it and admitted they have it in that location Then he quickly transferred me to other guy when I asked them if I can see the unit before make a purchase and he said it will be very difficult because it’s ready for transportation ( that was a pure BS) The other guy quickly ran to the back of the store warehouse or whatever they have there then sneaked out through another isle and just disappeared so I was waiting for 25 min after that that someone to help me to buy it for cash and none of them would care about the sale👍🏼🤣great service 1 star deserved for dmmy workers I would immediately fire them both coz they just -chilling there all day -don’t even know how to check inventory properly - don’t know how to do sales - just spending their lazy time to get paid that’s it - a customer should convince them to make a sale - not trained enough to go through their own system to locate an item ABSOLUTELY DESERVED 0 star just for those two workers Left store with cash in my hand
