  I walked in to see if my laptop screen could be fixed and have a look at my gaming pc. Anna was extremely rude from the moment I told her my needs. She immediately began to tell me to sign up for the membership. She then was very rude when I telling her the information I had on my laptop. She was being very condescending while speaking to me and mentioned because my laptop was bought roughly 5 years ago it wasn’t even worth them looking at it just shipping if off to see how much the labor company would charge. She was extremely unfriendly and I wouldn’t go back for the simple fact she was trying to get me to leave instead of my business

  If i could give 0 stars i would. Unprofessional, rude, and no common sense. Scary what Best Buy allows to work in their stores.

  I made an appointment with geek squad to fix an audio issue on my iPhone. When I get there they tell me the problem but that my specific appointment was only to diagnose the problem not fix it? Huh? I’m aware my phone is broken that’s why I’m here! I don’t care what the precise issue is, fix it!

  Best Buy in Sanford FL. HORRIBLE experience. I turned my computer into them for a covered warranty item. When I attempted to call them, from the email they sent me informing me the parts are on back order and coming from the manufacturer (in China), the call goes to a support center and NOT the store, yet they LIE and say they are at the STORE. They are unable to provide me with any information on my computer or the whereabouts of it. If I want information, I have to physically go to the store because they are only support for the store. NOT sure what they are supporting because they can't provide information or transfer you to the store.

  I have had Geek Squad services in Utah for many years and had GREAT service EVERY TIME. Here however, I have not been asked to check out my computer before I left Best Buy (Per Policy) and they have actually MESSED UP my computer worse than I brought it in! I have my computer at the Geek Squad too many times to remember and so I have gone to Altamonte SPrings to try them and it is the same problems!!!!!! I ma going to move my computer service to another company!!!
