At first it wasn’t a good customer service , I told her that I wanted 4 lines for $100 and also i wanted to enroll in the ACP program. The manager was EXTREMELY rude and she didn’t want to help me with the application she also asked me if I wanted auto pay and I told her twice that I didn’t want it and insurance. Today that it’s my due date when I woke up I check my phone and see I got a notification from my bank telling me they charged me $174 and that’s not what I told her I wanted. It is very unprofessional that you guys as a sell rep do whatever you want just to get paid but you guys don’t maintain a good relationship with the customers as a phone company. Bad experience overall.
