  When I entered the store, a man seated at a podium offered to help me. In fact he was not a Cricket employee at all, but worked for a device manufacturer. At first he told me the service I asked about didn't exist. Then after I showed him email that referenced the service, he allowed me to talk to the one store employee who was present. Kevin H. also told me the service didn't exist but made a phone call and then said it was brand new. He took a credit card number and emailed a receipt for zero dollars, saying the card would be charged $25 when the service was first used. However, attempts to use the service were unsuccessful. But now they have my credit card information. I'm very concerned about this and will be going to another Cricket location to seek further information. Meanwhile my wife and children are stranded somewhere without the ability to call for help.

  Kermith was both courteous and helpful on my visit. He provided options on the best deals for the phone I was looking at and never put any pressure in making a final decision. Intended to return with my wife and sign up for a joint plan, but due to time constraints, we ended up at another Cricket location. This made me regret not going back to him, but will return on the next occasion I need any service for a phone.

  i wouldn’t go here again. went to activate a phone because my phone broke and just needed to switch the phone. i called another store that said 25 but this store was on my way to work. the kid working was friendly and seemed helpful but he called his boss and then said it was over 70. I was in a rush so didn’t argue with it. i got my next bill and it was 30 more than normal. after being on hold for over an hour i found out when i went in they charged me to add a whole other line/number to my account. my friend told me this store was horrible if u needed help outside of purchasing a phone or buying something but i was in a rush so didn’t care. again the kid at the desk was nice and seemed helpful but he was on the phone with his boss who i assumed owns the store and that was the person who did everything. wouldn’t ever go there again and will be cancelling crickett due to this experience.
