    Very rarely is there someone around to help. Or, if you are lucky enough to find someone to help you, they try to upsell you for the more expensive item.

    If i could give them zero stars i would . This location and this company’s customer service are horrible . I came to the location for Sony car radio which is warrantied. The reason i decided to drive to Sanford even though its s little bit further for me is i had multiple horrible experiences at the Daytona Beach , Florida location that installed the radio , they just made it a nightmare. The techs assured me , they did not operate their shop the same way . He gave me a phone number and said I’m sorry Daytona gave you a number you could never reach them at , this is a number for our shop directly , leave us a message and we will call you back . That was a lie . They told me since I had the Sony warranty not geek squad ( which I was never offered at purchase ) they had to send the radio off. It it be no more then a couple weeks . It’s been over a month , the repair center first told me they didn’t have it was lost , then it took a month . It’s beyond professional . I don’t have a stereo I paid for. It’s over a month. The store don’t call me or corporate . You can’t call local stores either

    I purchased an online product for their sale price and they refused to honor it stating that it was offered by a third party that uses their site. It shouldn't matter if a third party uses their site especially if the customer goes to Best buy.com website to place the order. After I place the order and it said that it was ready to pick up they changed the order in the app to try to make it look like I purchased one item but when I call to verify their call center stated that what I purchase was there even up until the night that I went to go and pick it up. But when I walked in they basically told me the only thing make it off it was a refund! I even showed them the evidence of what I purchased versus what they changed the product to when I got there to pick it up! Worst experience ever!

    Whoever is managing this store should be moved on immediately. Upon entering, we’re greeted with “wassup, welcome to Best Buy yo.” Once we moved beyond the front door catastrophe with 3 ponytails sticking up, we’re greeted by the cell phone service guy who decided to randomly approached us by asking if we had cell phones (it’s 2025 so of course) and stated that “he was the plug and would hook us up nice.” Then I start looking around for Ashton Kutcher. After I didn’t see him anywhere, I then realized this was actually happening. We then decided to quickly move on past BigXThaPlug and around all of the unorganized items scattered around, randomly with no rhyme or reason to its placement, to the Apple section for a MacBook. We then found the pawn shop style setup that spanned throughout a massive 4x6 table with each item barely clinging to life like it had all fallen off a truck on the way to the store but they were able to salvage it enough for the items to at least power on. Needless to say, we bought nothing and turned around and left. This bootleg store needs open heart surgery.

    Im and our quickly! I bought a new battery backup for my computer. They have a great variety. Staff jumped in right up front to point me in the right direction! So glad there is still this " brick and mortar store!
