  I had an amazing experience at Best Buy thanks to Trey! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my options before making a decision. Trey went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does. If you’re shopping here, definitely ask for Trey — you won’t be disappointed!

  I do not appreciate calling the store to speak with a physical human and i get an AI robot. I could not get ahold of someone physical in the store. I do not reside anywhere near you so my time and gas is valuable. I do not appreciate the laziness of utilizing AI

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Buy due to the behavior of an employee named Kevin C. He was rude, dismissive, and showed zero interest in helping me. Instead of offering assistance, his attitude made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Best Buy. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this issue.

  Andre and Darnell at the Sanford Best Buy just showed me the best customer service and experience that I have received in years. I frequent Best Buys enough and am happy to make this my home store going forward. Thank you very much for the help and kindness you showed as well as taking care of me without making me feel like a burden or a problem. Highly recommended!
