No attempt at diagnosis, no repair options, not even paid services-just a flat-out "no." I expected more from a service that claims to help with tech issues. If you don't buy their warranty, don't expect support. Really disappointed.

The guy with the long hair literally told him that he’s gonna have to go and get his whole car detailed because of the cigarettes now and that he must be used to it because he smoked, but he’s not able to install the speakers due to the cigarette smell!?!?! Are you kidding me? My husband also offered to remove all the cigarettes smoke and get for breeze, and he still said no that it needed to be professionally cleaned. All they are doing is installing a subwoofer into the truck and the fact that they’re being judgmental because my husband smoked cigarettes and refusing to work on his car, it’s astonishing to me. We will never come back there again. don’t know the guy’s name, but he’s got long, long black hair and I even complimented him on it!!
