Wasn't able to return the case because of their dumb policy. Why can't we return phone cases?! Nothing wrong with the phone case I tried to return. The box wasn't even ripped. On top of that some fool put the wrong name on MY account. I don't even know anyone named JOHNNY! I also don't think they know how to enroll people in Auto pay from the store because when they do it there it doesn't work. I had to do it through the app for cricket. Phone service is great tho. Customer service is BUNS.

Because every phone I probably wanted to buy was over 100 dollars. Sure it will say 49.99 but then they hit you with tax then something with 25 dollars then more stuff and the total cost will be over 100 dollars. Yesterday I went in Cricket Wireless to buy a speaker I paid half with cash and half with card. As soon as the cost went down the employee told me to swipe with kind of a angry voice like he was mad cause I didn't want to buy a phone but I wanted to buy a speaker. Anyway he told me to swipe I said how much he kept saying swipe I was like how much he finally told me the price which was 31 dollars and change I quickly paid it and left. Cricket Wireless is a good store but very expensive phones.
