Collections from verizon couldn't help me, tjey hang up on me. I went to 3 different stores because they told me on the phone to go that they can help me. I went and more wasted time.They cannot print anything for me at the store either ( they don't have access to my account. i'm trying to get this resolved.They've hung up on me at least 15 times. Once you don't have service with them, they treat you like the enemy. This has been the worst experienced of my life with a cellphone company. Save yourself the nightmare. They lied to me from the beginning.I was paying over $260 every month for 2 cell phones When they said it would not be more than $160.
