    The customer service was horrible on Thursday, waited for 1 hour no one helped us. The lady only spoke Spanish. We left, came back on Friday, a different worker was there named Luis I believe. Helped us right away. He was very helpful. The building is in bad shape AC unit is falling out of the ceiling, the building smells musty and reeks of piss and there is no restroom onsite.

    I have been to this Cricket Shop, and it was always pleasant and it was always enjoyable. This is what I have to say to customers that write negative reviews. 1. No business is responsible for your passive aggressive issues. 2. No business is responsible to manage "you're" feelings. 3.A customer that has high emotional intelligence, don't write a passive aggressive review. I have to say again... "Every Individual" I've communicated with at this Cricket, has always been phenomenal. Even "Recently." Clearly Management can look at a negative review, and know to disregard a passive aggressive review. People who are passive aggressive tend to have Mental Health Issues. Just know that "ALL" of the Cricket Staff are Stellar.
