  Felix did a wonderful job of transferring info from an old phone to a new one. He took his time, explained things to me, he double-checked his work... all of this while being friendly and professional and a pleasure to do business with. I am very impressed and thankful for the service I get from this store!

  The customer service was horrible on Thursday, waited for 1 hour no one helped us. The lady only spoke Spanish. We left, came back on Friday, a different worker was there named Luis I believe. Helped us right away. He was very helpful. The building is in bad shape AC unit is falling out of the ceiling, the building smells musty and reeks of piss and there is no restroom onsite.

  Great... questions answered about horrible insurance from third party providers, associate was very helpful but please buy them some ink for their printers....not good for business.
