The three young men working in there were so nice and so friendly. I was upgrading my phone and there was a glitch that took over an hour to wait for Apple to unlock my phone. Michael and the two other gentlemen were so entertaining while we waited. They were so courteous and helpful. I will never go to the Palm Harbor Verizon again. Russell‘s cellular is stellar. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I have been with Verizon for many years. (I have already completed a review for the Verizon Dunedin location expressing the horrible “customer service” we received). It can be read it online. I was looking to trade in my daughter’s old phone, for the new 17 pro max. We met with Michael, at this Safety harbor store, who from the start, greeted us politely, and exhibited a sincere desire to help. It was thanks to his service, especially his ‘understanding’ of what we had just been through, that eased some of my frustrations returning to another Verizon store. Michael had a good attitude, and was much more customer service oriented than what we just had come from. He facilitated the entire process, and made sure we were satisfied with the service. It was nice seeing another Verizon representative, albeit at a different store, who came through with a professional, and sincere attitude to help, after the horrible service we had just received earlier. He saved my growing distaste towards Verizon, and the desire to move to another provider.. for now. I recommend going to see Michael for your Verizon needs at the Safety harbor location.
