We had the best experience dealing with Yasmin, she went above and beyond to help us resolve some billing issues we were having. She set us up with a new phone and transferred our other phone. This young lady ended up spending over eight hours with us over three days making sure every issue we had was resolved. She was able to multi task and take care of other people while getting us set up, she stayed late two days to finish phone call with the home office. To say we were happy with our service is an understatement she saved us money on our monthly bill and resolved any issues we had. I highly recommend this store the staff was awesome.

I have to give huge credit to Chris McPherson at the Verizon store in Sun City Center. This guy is next level. He went above and beyond for not only me, but also my friends and family. One of my phone orders didn’t come in, and Chris personally stayed in touch with me, even on his days off and after hours.
He truly took care of my lady and I, spending hours with us over multiple visits and finding a temporary iPhone 17 for me to use until my pre-order arrived. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care are unmatched. It’s rare to meet someone in customer service who treats you like family, but Chris does exactly that. Verizon is lucky to have him.

Would recommend not going to this facility. Started a new plan on Saturday night, great service, very happy with the verizon coverage vs at&t. She took hours with us but there was a complication with my daughter's phone, so we needed to trade in. For that reason we needed to come back Friday night.
This night it was a dumpster fire, because our original sales person was not there she stated she couldn't get any information on our account. She did call the manager who told me he'd already worked 60 hours that week and was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. There were 5 customers in the store when we were there and 1 sales person who had neither the time, inclination or information to help us. My daughter started crying she was so stressed out by this situation.
I really wish we'd skipped this store and gone to another location or just online!

Very good experience. I didn't have an appointment so I waited with my little dog and got excellent service when it was my turn. I don't remember the young ladies name who helped me unfortunately, but everyone I saw was very helpful.
Edit a few days later... Well come to find out I thought I was getting a free phone because I kept asking and she said yes 1000 off my phone and it was 999... So should be free... Nope... Balance on bill says 999 and that's not just it.
Was told my first bill would be due in 30 days.... Nope 2 weeks...
Was told the veterans discount was $25 it is not, for my service it is $10... I do honestly thank Verizon for that... But should have been right to begin with... The vibe when I left definitely does not match the current mood
Also had some issues that were smaller but I have to say what I thought was initially a good visit turned into something I wish I had not done... I was told I could cancel but already tossed the old service and would have to start again...
