  Store look clean smell clean I love the manager omg his funny and he know his way round his phone I will be stopping by to bring a birthday gift for his birthday on Monday to show appreciation of what he did and accomplished on my phone 🤳 thank you

  I walked into this location about 3 years ago and I did not get the best experience that was so terrified to walk into it and expect the same people the same attitude let me take something I have the best experience walking into this location using the store manager Alexander I felt good when I was there it's not just being a customer they made you feel like your guests to their home automatically set me down on the round table he offered me water cup of coffee courtesy I don't need that he answered all my questions got me to switch best promotion two lines for me and my son very affordable love the service and let me tell you something I never felt the honesty when he told me that I would never have any problems with it cricket. People need to get trained by him compared years ago when I walked here. Thank you Alexander the store looks amazing. And thank you Cricket and elite I'm super happy with my new service I highly recommend this location and come see store manager Alexander he the best and know his stuff.

  I walked into the store cuz my phone got stolen I was not eligible for an upgrade for let me tell you something I met with the manager Alexander he made it happen I got me a brand new Motorola and my son an additional phone on a 2505 promo they have going on right now Alex made it happen he recuperated my information and I don't need that he's got that started looking beautiful decorative Christmas decorations was telling me how he's done all these events and he's all about the community I am currently with salvation army and I will be getting with Alexander to set up some community events in that location which is what I needed thank you Alexander for your best customer service your experience with you was amazing you love your job your have this positive energy and you're so soft spoken treating me like if he was in his house by giving me a bottle of water and my son some juice and chips that is amazing best housepitality best customer service everyone I highly recommend this store at 100% thank you Cricket Riviera and merry Christmas To the manager Alexander may God bless you always we will be seen you again even soon.

  I happen to be at the car show at the Texas Roadhouse in lake Park and decided to walk up to the cricket's house and the kids want a popcorn 🍿 that when I meet Alexander he said he the store manager at 3520 Broadway let me tell he had the best promotion for my 2 boys one I save so much money and he was so nice and conversations were good excellent energy excellent vibes. They even won VIP top vendor welder served Alexander for representing cricket I'll be coming by for my switch from Metro to cricket. Definitely will be pronounced you guys on my station. Looking forward to do partnerships on live YouTube radio 📻 Thank you Alexander.
