    1 star only because I can't give 0 Avoid this Victra/Verizon store at Big Bend & 301 in Riverview. Seven visits. Three months. A simple request turned into a billing nightmare. I went in to consolidate two personal lines into one business line. I was told there was a “special” and that if I switched and upgraded two phones (both out of contract), I wouldn’t pay anything extra for the phones and my total bill would stay the same as my two separate personal lines: $300/month. Here’s what actually happened: I was charged for the phones they said would cost me nothing. My bill jumped to $400/month, not $300. Because the bill was wrong, I kept going back to get it fixed. Three months later, I’m now getting a bill for $800. Despite seven in-person visits and multiple attempts to get help, they still haven’t corrected the account or honored what I was promised. The amount of time and money I’ve wasted is absurd. I’ve already paid over $1,000 because of their “special” and the endless errors that followed. The store’s assurances were misleading, the follow-through has been nonexistent, and the “help” is just passing the problem around without fixing anything. If you value your time, your money, or a straight answer, skip this Victra location. Get every promise in writing and verify it on your online account before you leave the store. Better yet, go to a corporate Verizon store where someone is actually accountable. I don’t write reviews often, but this experience has been costly, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I expect Victra/Verizon to honor the original quote, correct the plan, remove the improper device charges, and refund the overbilling. Until then, this review stays.

    Ryan, Brenden and Matthew were all wonderful to work with as I decided last minute to buy a new phone. I was explained the workings of the newer released phones, in detail, that fit my budget and were included in the latest promotion. You are lucky to have them in your team.

    Steer clear of this store at Big Bend and 301. This is a third-party retailer for Verizon, and the employees are very unprofessional. When we entered the store, one employee was sitting on the floor wrapping a present. Both employees were more concerned with horse play than helping us decide on a phone plan. I picked a plan that suited our needs. I also upgraded two phones and they sold me Verizon’s warranty plan. I thought for just those two devices, but the employee added the warranty to all the devices which were not needed. I received my first bill of over $500. I was informed that the first bill would be a bit higher than normal. I was expecting between $250 and $300 not $540. The employee added things that were not needed. He was just concerned about his commission. I visited a Verizon corporate store, and they were able to correct everything that this store messed up. This store needs serious training for the employees. If I could give less than one star review I would.
