He didn't try to overwhelm/sale me in my upgrade. Which was a 10 in my book. But then there is Alec who jumped in to assist with the old phone transfer of diaries from "centuries" of pictures, videos, etc to the new phone ...let's just say it was no simple do and done task. Nope it was what seemed like forever. While I waited I got to also meet and talk with Marshall who is the manager. Let me tell you this three gentlemen did not disappoint. TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommend this Verizon to ANYONE! #WinorloseGoBucs
