I just wanted to leave a review because not only were they both knowledgeable about our devices, the promos available to us and the upgrade process but they were so friendly to our young children (boys 3 and 5 years old). In a world that can sometimes make you feel bad about bringing young kids along for things like a phone upgrade (no matter how well behaved/entertained they are), it was such a refreshing experience to work with two employees who not only met our needs as customers but warmed our hearts as people with how kind, gentle and playful they were with our kids. We always make a point of coming to this store for all of our Verizon needs, and experiences like the one had with Damian and Alec is just one of the many reasons we'll be back. Thank you, both!!
