  Been a Tmobile customer for almoat 20years and got tired of the bill getting higher and calls continously dropped whipe driving on I10. Stopped into Verizon in Quincy to see what they cpupd do for me and Theary was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and beyond to help my husband and I. We walked out with 4 new Iphone and my bill was almost the same as my 3 lines with Tmobile. He stayed over an hour after closing to ensure all of my information and pictures transferred properly. Best customer service ever and I hope Verizon values Theary! Thank you again for his kindness!!

  This young man Jamar (at the Quincy, Florida, location) was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with the services he provided to me in helping to restore my husband's phone. His character shined, and that's the quality that customer support/sales representatives should posses to benefit the public.

  I had a fake virus cleaner on mg phone that was actually a virus and they were able go find it oj mg phone and deleted it. It will maake this phone anlot more easier to use and user friendly to me. I couldnt be more thankful.

  I stayed late with an employee to get my new phone set up. About an hour after closing so he made sure I was comfortable with my phone. That was very kind of him to do that. I will be coming here to see them for now on.
