  Horrible experience this past weekend after the sales rep, Jamar, said he could put my regular service onto a prepaid phone if I went to buy it at Walmart and bring it to him because he had a way of "manipulating the system" and that they "do it all the time for customers". There was even another customer in there saying he did it for her. Half my photos are now gone and all my documents I needed are gone. He got really nasty with me and started deleting info off my phone and refused to give me his manager's name until literally the 15th time I asked! He said the manager is completely aware of what he's doing in that store. I ended up just filing insurance and getting a new phone sent to me with the help of a very nice Verizon representative over the phone. I read some of the reviews that give props to other sales people in that store. But be wary of this one. I've already sent a more detailed email to customer service at cellular sales services.

  I think Verizon just got way priced out of range not when you can get it or half of what they they price
