  I walked into the Cricket store frustrated from being treated with such poor customer service and no resolution from the Metro PCS store located in the Darwin Square Plaza. However, Justine from Cricket made me feel welcomed instantly!!! She is very knowledgeable about all the plans and devices and took her time to explain it all to me. She has the best customer service hands down!!! I went from having a horrible experience at Metro store to the best experience at the Cricket store with Justine!!! Thanks again, you're the best!!! 10 stars
