  We arrived early for our first appointment in case there was paperwork to complete. After checking in, we were taken to an exam room where we waited well past our scheduled appointment time. We continued to sit there with no communication or update from staff. After more than 30 minutes past our appointment time without being seen, we decided to leave. I informed the front desk that we had not been seen and that we were leaving. It’s extremely frustrating to be kept waiting that long, especially with a panting, anxious pet who is already nervous about being at the vet. Delays can happen, but leaving clients and their pets sitting in an exam room with no explanation or acknowledgment is unacceptable. If you plan to visit this clinic, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time.

  I arrived at 12:25 for a 12:40 appointment. A couple with a dog walked in right before me, and another client came in about 20 minutes after. Both were taken back and seen before me with no explanation. Around 1:30 I was finally called, only to be told “never mind, we’ll come back for you.” At 1:50 I received an apology for the wait, and at 2:00 — nearly an hour and a half after my scheduled time — I was finally brought back. I came specifically because they advertise accepting CareCredit. I was then offered a Care Plus package covering vaccines, shots, and a microchip for the year — but told I couldn’t use CareCredit for the package. Somehow I could use CareCredit if I paid for everything individually (at a higher total cost), but not for the bundled plan. That makes zero sense — either you accept CareCredit or you don’t. After 2.5 hours of waiting and dealing with confusing policies, I left without any services done. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism turned what should’ve been a simple visit into a complete waste of time. I hope they take a hard look at their scheduling and billing policies, because pet owners — and their animals — deserve better.
