- DNDelano NguyenJun 17, 20251.0Ngl waisted 30 mins waiting for my appointment, then they told me they couldnt fix my laptop cause of a corrupt motherboard. Said i could pay 200 for a new one or wait 2 weeks for them to fix it at a factory. I said ill wait, 2 days later they hit me up and said that they couldnt fix it through their factory and said i would have to ship it to the manufacturers office and have them fix it for me cause they couldn’t because they tried “everything”. I go home email the manufacturer and they send me a file with some sort of update and codes and i followed the instructions and fixed it on the same day i got my laptop back 😭
- SSSean SouthardMay 27, 20251.0I am never going to use geek squad ever again. Every single time I went to them, doesn’t matter the location, they never seemed to be able helped me. I went in to get a screen on a iPad replaced and they couldn’t do anything for me since the apple server was down and they needed to run a diagnostic. And even with the diagnostic, I was told that I would most likely have to get a whole new unit. It’s just a screen replacement! Thanks for making me wait 30 minutes for nothing. It’s not like I can say you lost a customer cause every single geek squad I went too has never helped me!

He warned me of the delicacy in the Prius dash parts, and managed to remove my old system and install an new one in 45 minutes without cracking any of the delicate pieces. He helped me find a unit that would serve my criteria and was all around helpful and courteous. Look this guy up if you are replacing your stereo! He works at the Best Buy in Port Richey.
