Well I thought best buy would be the best place to buy a TV ,so I bought lg 75qned $1000+ dollars the sales rep at the time said I should buy a 2year protection plan,he said if anything happens the TV is covered and he said anything, so just about a year the TV had lines along the bottom and black line on left side,after waiting over a week a tech looks at TV and said something hit the screen and there's a crack ,well it's me and my wife only at home I don't like being called basically a liar we are responsible people in our 50s and are careful with everything we own ,all I can say is it worked perfectly until the evening my wife was watching a movie, if you look in the left corner of TV there's a pinhead like imperfection and looks like screen is separating,lg has been known to have screen problems from the factory,you can look it up this is something that may have gone unnoticed from the start or ghost are doing devious things to the screen ,I talked with Joey Pedro from cooperate to try and solve this issue have not heard back, this issue isn't going away after being deceived about the 2year protection plan and paying over $1000 + dollars that doesn't sit well with me, let me take your money and see how it affects you especially $1000 + I want to exchange the TV or get a refund I'll keep climbing the ladder until this gets resolved / here's an update I called 1/26/2026 to get answers this TV tech is screwing me over $1000 cause he says physical damage who is he to judge anything,this TV had a crack or imperfection from best buy from the get go I didn't see anything wrong with it because it was working perfectly until it was brought to my attention small crack in screen on left side corner that I did not cause trying to deny me repair or exchange or refund buyer beware make them open your TV and make sure you look it over before you buy anything they will not help you protection plan does not cover even the smallest chip crack on screen as I found out, and I had no idea there was even a crack in the first place they will put the blame on something else than rather help the customer, I've been battling this since the tech left at the beginning of the month this is b......t and the deceptive practices the salesman used to get me to buy protection plan " no matter what happens it's covered" so before you buy a TV ask about the screen to see what's covered, I learned an expensive lesson on how not to listen to best buy sales personnel oh and add insult to the issue the people on the phone said just buy a new TV , yeah ok another $1000 and by the way who ever Joey Pedro is is a liar said he was corporate found out by an agent he is not teach your employees how to do things right so people like me don't get ripped off maybe this message should go to the top like that founder of best buy Richard schulze or CEO corie Barry or chairman David Kenny maby then I can get this resolved I probably made more than 15/20 calls about this and got nowhere and the social media platforms you say to contact you on why don't you call your costomer you surely have my # at the port Richey store case id # 370245014 / update here we are again another guy from best buy called a few days ago said someone will call in 24/48 hrs didn't happen it is now 2/10/26 man what kind of people are working there passing the buck still not resolved
