- DDDanielleJan 22, 20261.0Can't understand the folks who answer the phone.. appointments take 2 to 8 weeks for someone to show up.. they cancel without informing you OR rescheduling...you just find out when no one shows for pre set appointments. The tech they sent was amazing but they are 3rd party contracted.

I walked in with a white display and a giant crack on the back of my phone. My phone was in an inch of water when I found it. We got in the car went to Verizon, they didn’t help. Randomly went to best buy. Checked in to geek squad. After Jarian came up with his ideas it turned on! I was able to get all of my photos and the important parts off my phone. Jarian was so great, helpful and knowledgeable.
