I can’t get help with customer service over the phone without showing up to the store and showing ID. I looked online. It showed that they closed at 8 o’clock. I drove 30 minutes to make it to the cricket store and then the employees were walking out and said oh no we can’t service you. We close at seven now at 6:58. it states online on the website 8 PM totally went out of my way for nothing.
