The Verizon in St Aug at 312 was not only no help they were very rude. We spent countless hours with Customer service and they were no help whatsoever. One last call to Verizon in Nocatee and Jeremiah answered the call. He apologized for all the trouble we were having and offered to help. Went into the store today. Andrew was on duty. Very nice and fixed our issue right away. Because of this store we will stay with verizon. This is how it should be. Thank you.
