    “The experience we had here was AMAZING. Logan and his staff were pleasant and energetic. They made a tough situation with porting to Verizon very easy. And to top it off, Logan ran to the front of the store to hold the door for me ! I highly recommend this location and will continue to do business at this location .     DO NOT go to the Verizon store at Crosswater in Nocatee Town Center. The level of unprofessionalism we experienced was shocking. We came in fully prepared to upgrade my phone and potentially two additional lines—which would have meant a solid commission for the salesperson. Instead, we were treated with blatant disrespect. The salesman barely acknowledged us, took a personal phone call while we were sitting there, and then proceeded to engage in the most inappropriate and uncomfortable behavior I’ve ever witnessed in a retail setting. He became fixated on my husband’s watch, repeatedly asking to trade for it. After being told no multiple times, he continued to pry, asking whether it was sentimental. When my husband confirmed that it was, the salesman still did not stop—instead asking where the watch was purchased and pushing further. I was so appalled that I finally stated the obvious: the watch belonged to my husband’s father who has passed away. His response? An awkward, dismissive “ooof.” Then he tried to backpedal by saying his watch was sentimental because his wife gave it to him. Completely tone-deaf and disgraceful. We were there to buy phones, not discuss personal items, not fend off invasive questions, and certainly not to have sentimental family losses brushed off so casually. Once someone says something is sentimental, that is the end of the conversation. We got up and walked out—absolutely disgusted. Do not waste your time at this location. And if a franchise or district manager is reading this: do better. Train your staff. This behavior is unacceptable.
