  Went and got an upgrade for my husbands phone and the "Manager" Katherine scammed us by telling us the price of the phone was 140$ came to 151 total but after going home I looked at the receipt and I was charged 30$ for a glass screen protector which was never even talked about cause I would have said no. The price of the phone was actually 79.99 plus tax and she automatically added the screen protector price into the price of phone when she told us the price of the phone. So she clearly scams people all the time with this. Went in today to say something about the charge and she tried to give me a run around about a bundle which she never asked me about during the sale and then said something about their prices change day to day which was BS. Then when I said I would be calling corporate she back tracked and said she would call her district manager. Lied to the manager and said she offered me a refund of the 30$ and I said no which never happened. Thats what i was there for. She was speaking spanish to her manager thinking she could get away with lying but my husband is puerto Rican and speaks Spanish and called her out on lying so then rushed off the phone then she refunded the 30$. I will still be contacting corporate as well as leaving this review. We have been with cricket for at least 10 years and to be scammed by a manager is crazy.

  Go see my boy Luis he will hook you up with great deals on phones and plans. He made my shopping experience fun and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable, customer oriented and friendly. A true professional who loves his job and is very good at it. From start to finish it was a smooth and seamless presentation and transaction definitely showed me Criket is where I will continue to do my business for a long time .
