Just wanted to let everyone know how caring Dr. Baumwell is. He has been our vet so many years and he is the BEST! He cares so much for our 4 cats and always helps our babies get better so fast. Always receive phone calls from him asking how our our cat is doing and sometimes receive several from him if our cat is very sick. We love you Dr. Baumwell. Ed & Heidi Fohr :)

My niece found a stray kitten in her yard. The kitten had such a bad infection in both eyes they were stuck shut. I called VCA Animal Hospital Central Park and the girl that answered was very understanding and kind. I explained I desperately wanted to help this poor defenseless kitten and she said they would squeeze me in. When I got to the hospital they immediately showed me into a room and started assessing the kittens issues. Dr. Gordon was the attending physician & she could not have been kinder. She took her time explaining the kitten’s condition. The kitten’s eyes were stuck closed due to the bad infection They were able to clean the kittens eyes & let the kitten open her eyes again. They also determined some other issues with the kitten and prescribed medicine to address all the issues. By the time Dr Gordon and her team finished working on the kitten she already seemed so much better. When I picked her up from my niece she was lethargic and really not moving. After VCA cleaned her eyes & gave her a very much needed flea bath she was more responsive. When I brought her home she started running around and playing. Thank you again to Dr Gordon & the entire staff at VCA Central Park! I highly recommend this office.

Dr Amaya! Can’t say anything remotely bad about him! Fantastic doctor over the past 2 years of going here with both my dogs! Dr.Amaya in conjunction with a ER vet from another practice since my dog developed a allergic reaction to some vaccines was treated overnight. Dr Amaya wanted to see him the next day and helped finish off lingering effects Teddy was having Thank you so much!
