    Always a fantastic experience here. I’ve purchased my phone, iPad and more here. I think I even bought a Keurig and fridge here. They provide great support and the store has a great variety of items. I’ve also gotten support with tech here by the Geek Squad. This is the Best Buy I tend to frequent because they make sure you leave with what you need, not want. For example, today I came in thinking I wanted the HP Omnibook or Asus ProArt but after chatting with Sebastian, we figured out a MacBook Air was more what I was looking for. So huge shout out to him for his help, patience and kindness. If you need something, stop by here as they will always take care of you!

    Great experience at the Best Buy near Sawgrass Mills. The store is well organized, with a strong selection of electronics and fitness tech. I was specifically looking for the WHOOP 4.0, and the staff was very helpful in guiding me and explaining the product. Checkout was quick, the team was friendly, and everything felt smooth and efficient. It’s a great location if you’re looking for wearables, gadgets, or tech accessories. Definitely a reliable stop for quality electronics in the area.

    We visited this location recently and had an outstanding experience with a young man named Sebastian. To be honest, we were fully prepared to buy our computer from another company entirely and almost turned him away when he first offered to help. We are so glad we didn't. Sebastian was incredibly well-rounded in his technical knowledge and took the time to truly understand what we needed. His expertise and helpful attitude are the reason we’re now looking to shop here instead. He is a massive asset to this team!

    Pésimo servicio. Es la cuarta vez que vengo por la misma razón: Comprar un lava ropas. Te atienden todos con la misma cara de nada, no informan bien sobre como se manejan. Entré y ya llevo 25 minutos esperando a que alguien me atienda. Hasta que uno de los empleados, distinto al que hable en recepción, me informa que del sector que necesito atención tienen ciertos horarios. Y no estaba dentro de ese rango. La recepcionista pudo haber empezado por ese punto, antes de hacerme perder el tiempo. Este lugar va decayendo con el tiempo. Hace 2 años vivo por esta zona y es el best buy mas cerca que tengo y al que suelo recurrir. Prefiero manejarme una distancia mas larga e ir a otro o buscar en otra empresa; que venir a perder mi tiempo aca. 20 empleados de decoración.

    Best Buy’s handling of my missing order was completely unacceptable. They allowed their carrier to leave my package at the front door of a UPS Store—an open, public location—without a signature or secure handoff, and the package was stolen. This delivery method was authorized by Best Buy, not me. They had no issue taking my payment immediately, but once the item was never actually delivered into my possession, I was told to “figure it out” with law enforcement. Under consumer protection laws, including UCC § 2-509 and FTC delivery rules, the risk of loss remains with the seller until proper delivery is completed, and an unsecured drop-off does not qualify. I did not authorize this delivery method, I did not receive the merchandise, and the loss resulted directly from Best Buy’s delivery practices. Despite this, customer service denied responsibility and refused a refund, forcing me to pursue a chargeback and file complaints with consumer protection agencies.
