  Buen lugar, concentrado de marcas y tiendas para encontrar lo que se necesita. Lo primordial es acudir bien temprano y preparado para caminar mucho. Puede ser difícil encontrar estacionamiento libre. En lo personal miré como máximo 15 o 16 tiendas que me interesaban. Es bueno si compran mucho, ir con valijas, ayuda bastante. Hay carritos ahí que se pagan para usar para ir acumulando las compras. Hay ropa y accesorios de todo tipo. Algo siempre van a encontrar que llevarse. Sugiero, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Banana, GAP, Burlington y Tjmaxx ( estos 2 ultimos parecen estar mejor stockeados que otras sucursales ). El lego store también está bueno. Vayan viendo bien el mapa en los puntos de información, es fácil marearse y perderse.

  I canceled my Webroot subscription with Best Buy in May 2025 before the renewal date and was explicitly told by their agent that the cancellation was completed. Almost a year later, I received a renewal notice and had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone just to uncover that the cancellation was never processed due to internal account issues. Despite acting in good faith and not using the service at all, I was only offered a $2.59 prorated refund and a sorry. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be held financially responsible for a company’s failure to properly process a cancellation request. This reflects poor account management and a lack of accountability. I expected better from Best Buy.

  Poca ayuda , pero gran variedad de productos a precios con descuentos de las mejores marcas , hay que ir con tiempo , son todos los locales enormes y siempre se demora en la caja para pagar .

  This Best Buy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I went in to buy a new TV and soundbar. I was helped by Paolo mainly and Michael assisted. I told Paolo what items I wanted and he and Michael grabbed them for me placed them on my cart and walked me through the payment process offering me the membership which I signed up for. The manager/leader I didn’t catch her name was very nice and helpful as well. This was overall an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you Paolo and Michael for your help.
