Well, that was not only a HUGE lie, now my account of 17 years is so messed up, no one at the Verizon Loyalty number can fix it. My bill increased over $200 initially and is now about $175 above what I was paying. Do not use this location for any Verizon business. They will deceive you and an "actual" Verizon store won't be able to fix what was done wrong.

They were busy from the time I got there until the time I left. They acknowledged each customer that walked through the door. They told us it would start right away. That did not happen and they seemed to have every excuse under the sun. Did not even have our correct address on receipt. Angel the manager does not have a clue how to deal with customers. After visiting the store 4 times we called Verizon cancelled service and returned the modem. Very dissatisfied with the service we received.

I was the 9th customer in the room at the time and didn’t mind waiting since there was just one working. Chris had other plans. Not only was he setting up what looked like 5 separate phones, answering questions, AND got on the phone with ear shoulder so he can help me and keep his hands free for everyone else. That badass needs a raise. Also, as a bonus, fix his jeep as a thank you to that man Version.
