This is the only store I will do business with in the future! We had been to several Verizon stores and was unable to resolve our issues. We received a call from Rich just calling to check in and see if he could assist us in anyway. He was very knowledgeable about our issues so we set a appointment for me to come in. Rich and Travis tag teamed my issues and found a solution. Travis was amazing he was patient and gets a triple A plus for customer service. Even with some small issues he got us taken care of and we walked away happy. I highly recommend this store!!!!

The real issue lies with Verizon’s call center agents. Instead of resolving issues, these agents mislead customers, make false promises, and, in my case, attempted to pressure me for payment even though Verizon owed me money from overcharges. Specifically, it was confirmed and investigated that I was overcharged for two lines over a three-month period. Despite this being verified as owed back to me, I spent nearly 10 hours across two days in a Verizon store while associates tried—unsuccessfully—to get a refund processed through phone support.
If this were my business, I would be embarrassed and outraged if anyone represented my business this way. I can only hope this complaint brings visibility to a serious issue that is damaging Verizon’s reputation and customer trust. I was taken back and in dis belief this was allowed.
This level of incompetence and mismanagement is unacceptable for any company, let alone one of Verizon’s size and reputation. I have been a loyal Verizon business customer for years, but this experience has convinced me that Verizon places little value on its customers once the sale has been made.
This will remain to be a broken system until Verizon cares as much about their customers as they do their profits and hire properly trained call center agents, that are held accountable for the way they treat your customers. I encourage you to listen to the conversations with these call center agents I experienced with the attempted help of Demetre on Sep 18th and then with Jeremy on the 19th.
This was, without question, one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences of my career and my life as a consumer. Verizon must take accountability for the customer service failures it allows to continue. I want to be transparent that this is not a reflection of my in-store experiences with the sales representatives; they did their best to assist me and remained professional throughout. The only thing I was disappointed as far as the in-store agents was that nobody followed up with me and seen this all the way through.
Due to these reasons I will respectfully be closing my Verizon business account. I will gladly take my business to another provider, or even buy a flip phone, to avoid ever dealing with the frustration and incompetence of your call center agents.
