    I had a great experience at the authorized Verizon store inside Cordova Mall. Jarrett assisted me with several basic iPhone questions and was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He quickly navigated everything I needed, explained things clearly, and had me in and out in about five minutes. Excellent customer service—exactly what you hope for when you walk into a store.
