This store sucks!
It used to be a good location, but obviously they’ve lowered their standards. I called in with a simple voicemail issue, and the experience was ridiculous. Rafael was the one assisting me over the phone, and it was obvious he had no idea how to fix even the most basic voicemail problem. Nothing but guessing, confusion, and zero progress.
The woman assigned to my business account Jessica Medina- was just as useless & unhelpful — no answers, no direction, and no understanding of what she was supposed to be handling. Her uselessness as a business rep was a farce- she'd be better off working on the street corner selling pencils for 10 cents a piece, and even then it may be too hard of a skill for her to manage.
If this is what Verizon considers customer support now, it’s no surprise people are switching carriers. I hung up with the exact same problem I started with and a whole lot more frustration.
And as for Zachary Phalen -I’ve had better luck getting help out of a brick wall — and the wall had a better attitude.
Oh, and by the way — Rafael just lost Verizon a long-term business customer.
Have a nice life, Verizon. I’ll be taking my business to AT&T and get a new iphone 17 there if these issues are not resolved "tout de suite."
