Worst experience!!! Had an appointment at 11:40 today, got there a little early, they checked me in. They said it would take no more than two hours. Went back two hours later, said another hour and half. Then another hour and half. Said another 45 mins. Never once got a sorry or anything they just didn’t care phone got checked in at 11:52 got it back at 4:36
It takes entirely too long just to even check in you still gotta wait An hour, Plus, I see you check in. You’re still gonna have to sit for another hour. Just make sure you have some free time when coming up here because it’s always the same every time I come.

Would leave zero or negative stars if i could. Took the pc in for repair. They said it would be done in 2-3 days, it was done for 2 days and they did not contact me or used the wrong number. I gave them explicit instructions on what to do if they had to reinstall windows, which they failed to listen to the notes inputed. On top of that a lot of the backed up files were missing and all apps were missing. I tried to get a refund but couldn't because the lady who originally took my payment said I had to use the best buy membership to pay, which cost 180$, but because that payment was for the membership and not the repair itself, I couldn't get a refund. I would not go to best buy at all to get a repair done. I had to do 1/3 the repair myself and redo another 1/3, whats the point in me paying 180 fricking dollars just for them to do one small thing. Go to other local businesses. On top of all this they are incredibly understaffed and making an appointment is like going to Disney minus the fun rides. I had to wait for an hour and a half after making my initial appointment to drop the pc off, which it then took twenty more minutes on top of that for me to be able to leave. When coming to pick up the pc i had to wait thrity minutes also to pick it up.

I just want to say. Shout out to these guys. While trying to do some personal work over the weekend on a computer at home. I was missing a single M2 screw for my SSD. Pensacola is not know for its computer hardware stores. So after very much toil and pain of trying spare screws and checking hardware stores, I finally walked in to geek squad at best buy. Several happy smiles, a couple quick questions to make sure they knew what I needed I walked out knowing the stress of a computer build was resolved. I just want to thank the associates who were happy to help me and took a load of stress off my weekend. You guys are amazing!
