With the busy holiday pickup and return line, nevertheless Jake and the very nice lady at the help desk at 11:15 on 11/21/2025, bummed I cannot remember her name were extremely helpful. I made a personal mistake and had to process a return while missing a small component. Jake swiftly accommodated my needs along with helping out the crew and helping me not have to take extra time driving around. This crew deserves so much credit for their positive attitudes and the smile on their faces.

On November 11, 2025 @ approximately 10:30am I arrived at Best Buy to pickup a Roadie order. The first young lady that helped had no knowledge of how to help me, she wasn’t inquiring any help also. I eventually got a what I assumed to be a floor manager. He asked me what pickup am I getting. I informed him it was roadie & he instructed me to just go around back. I drove to the back, I couldn’t find it. So I went into the geek squad part & was told it was a door over. So after 10 minutes I was able to find it. It said shoot on the door. It didn’t have any signs & when I went back in to ask for more help. There was older gentleman, very rude & not helpful at all. There needs to be signs to indicate where to go. & the entire staff needs to get trained on Roadie & how to give good customer service. The experience has made me come to conclusion that I will never make another purchase with Best Buy

Went and got the battery replaced a month ago in my iphone 14 pro max and that went great but my camera wasnt hooked back up correctly and i was told that a new camera would be ordered and installed at no charge and that i would be called. It has been almost a month and no call. This needs to be corrected asap!

I don't go to Best Buy often but I had recently purchased a car stereo from a different store and I needed to see what I needed.
When I first got there I just walked everywhere until I found an employee and said it was on the far right corner. When I get there is no one there. Doesn't look like anyone is ever there. I track down another employee and tells me it was at the far LEFT corner. I did not get my issue resolved because it would cost too much. If I have to replace it, I am not too sure it will be at Best Buy.
