- AHAnna HMar 13, 20265.0I can’t say enough wonderful things about Valerie. My nine-year-old Pomeranian needed a new groomer because he can be a bit reactive during grooming. Our previous groomer, who we loved, recommended Valerie since her grooming space is quieter and more suitable for him. I was honestly very nervous about trying someone new. In the past, my little boy had a stroke after being groomed by a mobile groomer, so finding someone gentle, patient, and attentive was incredibly important to me. From the very first phone call, VCA staff and Valerie were kind, understanding, and truly attentive to my dog’s specific needs. She asked thoughtful questions and took the time to understand his history and temperament. When I look for a groomer, I look for someone who genuinely cares about the small details and Valerie absolutely does. She is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet, and it’s clear she truly loves and respects animals. As a protective pet owner, I’ve often felt like I’d rather give my Pomeranian a choppy at-home haircut than risk bringing him somewhere he might be stressed or mishandled. With Valerie, I feel completely comfortable and confident that he’s in caring hands. Thank you, Valerie, for treating my senior pup with so much patience and compassion. 1000 out of 10 stars for VCA Pet Hospital grooming- 1000 Valerie!

I have a Malinois/Shepherd mix and he can be challenging, but Thomas was incredible with him. My dog clearly felt safe and trusted him enough to let him take blood without issue.
