  The Geek Squad in this Best Buy has HORRIBLE customer service. I had an appointment and but was not seen until 40 minutes after. The tech then spent most of my appointment time working on another customer. Would not recommend at all.

  I am so sorry I used this place. None of my files are where I expected them to be. When I picked up my computer, I was told the company put them all in 'downloads'. NOT TRUE! They changed my browser! I have been attempting to install webroot.com, anti virus, that doesn't work either. I have been attempting to hook up, access my files, work, and i even called the Geek Squad manager, Daniel Ayala, who's ext. would not go through after 3 attempts. Finally someone answered and I attempted to voice my complaints, but 'no hablo english' I AM DONE! FED UP! DISCUSTED, AND DISAPPOINTED/ANGRY at this company!

  I cracked my phone, and it was in terrible condition so the lady decides to charge me $400 for a new phone. After we proceed to pay, months later I cracked the phone and the lady fixed it perfectly. Than my ringer button was not working and she said the phone was refurbished and not new. We paid for a full new iphone xr and she said it was refurbished as we pay for a screen replacement. She took also an hour just to come back to sign some papers.

  I will separate this review into pluses and minuses On the plus side, the staff is polite and they make appointments and they are on time. My MacPro tower is very heavy and they brought it in from my car. They gave me a 100 %* refund since they couldn't fix it. On the minus side, I was referred to them by Apple. The Geek Squad staff member Jesse told me they have a contract with Apple but with restrictions. They can remove the case and run a diagnostic and back up data but they are not allowed to replace parts. That I respected. When the tech Jonathan told me Apple had (spy) cameras to make sure they didn't violate terms to risk cancelation, I didn't believe that. It sounded too far fetched. I believed that they called me several times but left no message. Finally when I picked it up I was advised to take it to a "Mom and Pop" shop.
