He was very rude to Chris and to another employee. Chris handled the older gentleman very respectfully and calmed him down. The older gentleman interrupted Chris while he was helping my son and I. Chris was great and definitely give him a 5 star rating! He was respectful, knowledgeable and very kind! Great experience!
